The third of four races in Deal Tri’s popular Fowlmead Friday 5k series will take place at Fowlmead Country Park near Deal this Friday 30 July.

The series takes place on the last Friday of the month in May, June, July and August and includes a 5k race for athletes age 17 and over and a 1500m race for juniors age 16 and under.

The entry form is attached below and on the Documents page.  Entry will be available on the night until 6.30pm; the junior race will start at 7.00pm and the senior race will start as soon as the last of the juniors has finished.
