Thanet Athletics Club

Club coach Janet Clayton, husband David and daughters and club members Sophie and Amy flew the flag for Thanet Athletics Club at the recent European Athletics Championships in Barcelona.  They had a great time and were spotted on TV several times.

The family are pictured in the stadium, where they were fortunate to meet Great Britain gold medallists Jessica Ennis, Mo Farah and many other athletes.

Sophie and Amy are still smiling even now!
