Club Constitution - Thanet Athletics Club is a voluntary organisation, run by a group of people working together to mutually agreed aims.  Our constitution is a set of agreed rules governing how the organisation will be run, how the members will work together and what they are working towards.

Code of Conduct – Thanet Athletics Club is committed to safeguarding and promoting wellbeing of all its members.  As a member of Thanet Athletics Club you are expected to abide by the codes that apply to you, either as a member (including parents), coach, official, volunteer or spectator.

Child Protection & Vulnerable Adult Policy – Thanet Athletics Club fully accepts its obligation to provide a duty of care to protect all young people and vulnerable adults, and to safeguard and promote their welfare, irrespective of age, ability, gender, race, ethnicity, religious belief and sexuality or social/economic status.
