The second of this year’s Thanet Primary Schools Cross-Country League meetings will take place at Hartsdown Leisure Centre on the morning of Saturday 28 January.

950 children from 29 schools have entered the eight races, as shown below.  Entry is now closed and further entries cannot be accepted.  Race numbers will be delivered to schools on Friday 20 January or Monday 23 January.

We would encourage parents to take advantage of the free bus travel provided by Stagecoach for this competition.  Travel permits are available from schools and allow up to four passengers to travel free on any Stagecoach bus anywhere in Thanet from 8.00am to 3.00pm on the day.  There are regular buses from all parts of Thanet to Margate Seafront and Margate Railway Station, which is a five minute walk from Hartsdown Park.

If you choose to drive, please allow plenty of time for parking  and please park considerately and legally.
