GB athletes to support launch of Thanet’s new athletics club

Thanet Athletics Club will launch with a free event from 6.00 to 8.00pm on Tuesday 20^th April 2010.

Jack Green, crowned England U20 400m Indoor Champion on 28^th February 2010 and 400m Hurdles silver medal winner at the European Junior Championships in June 2009, will join the celebrations along with Olufunmi Sobodu, former World Schools 100m champion and captain of the Great Britain 4 x 100m bronze medal winning team at the European Junior Championships.
