Brrr! It was cold last night
Many of us were surprised at how cold it was on the track last night. It is May after all!
It is important that athletes dress appropriately for the weather conditions. We would encourage you to wear several layers of clothes because they can be removed and replaced as necessary.
In poor weather please bring a lightweight waterproof jacket, hat and gloves.
It is also important to stay hydrated, even in cold weather. All athletes should bring something to drink (water is best and definitely no fizzy drinks) in an unbreakable bottle please.
