Dates and venues have been announced for the Kent County Athletic Association (KCAA) Sportshall Athletics Winter Series.  They are as follows:

Secondary Schools Cross-Country Championships

Thanet Athletics Club will be supporting the Thanet Secondary Schools Cross-Country Championships, organised by the Thanet School Sport Partnership, at Hartsdown Technology College in Margate on Tuesday 5th October.  The event will also be the trials for the Kent Secondary Schools Cross-Country Championships in January.

15 athletes from Thanet Athletics Club travelled to Ashford for the Julie Rose Games on Saturday 28 August.

Thanet Athletics Club will host its first open track and field meeting from 11.00 am to 3.00pm on Saturday 4th September at The Marlowe Academy. 
Field events will include long jump, high jump, pole vault, shot putt, hammer and javelin; with a range of sprint, hurdles and middle distance races on the track.
